When does the card arrive?
On the reveal day you choose. Guests can leave messages up to 3 days before your reveal date (your message deadline). Then you get 2 days to review + approve the final recording, and we deliver it on the big day. Solo cards are ready as soon as you record.
How long do people have to leave a message?
Until your message deadline. Most messages run 30 seconds to 2 minutes, so shorter is usually sweeter. After the deadline the card closes to new messages.
What if the line's busy when someone calls?
It won't be — the line can take calls at the same time from different people. If someone ever has trouble getting through, they can text the same number instead and it'll still make it into the recording.
What format do I get the recording in?
A card link you can open on your phone or computer, or send to anyone. No app needed, just tap the link and press play.
Do I need an app to call or text in a message?
No. Just a phone. Call or text the number — that's it.
Is there a limit to how many people can leave a message?
Not on group cards, as long as everyone fits inside your card's total length. Solo cards (A Quick Hello) take one message. Need more voices? Start with Let's Catch Up.
What if someone leaves something inappropriate or off-topic?
You review every message before delivery, so anything that doesn't belong can be removed. We also flag silent or distorted recordings automatically.
Can I hear the recording before it's sent to the recipient?
Yes. Your order email includes a private link where you can watch messages come in (counts + time left, no spoilers). 2 days before your reveal date, that same link becomes your review page, where you can listen, remove or reorder messages + fix name labels before you approve. If you don't respond, we approve it automatically at 11:59 PM the night before your reveal.
Can I send a solo card to more than one person?
Yes. You get a link you can share with anyone, in a group chat, an email or a story.
